She attended Maggie B. Hudson and graduated from Mary C. Womack High School.
She united in marriage with Dogan Wilson Menefee January 14, 1971.
During her working days she was employed at Cleveland Nursing Home as a Supervisor.
She united with Growing Valley Baptist Church.
Later in 2011 she became a member of Life Bridge Christian Church in Longview.
She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Dogan Wilson Menefee of Dallas,Texas; father,Robert McEntire; mother, Zula Mae McEntire; brothers: Robert Earl, Howard Ray, and Jimmy DeLawrence McEntire; sisters: Wanda Fitts, Romie Kidd, Sandra Harris,Angela Davis, Deborah Jenkins, Brenda Joyce McEntire all of Longview; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
